POLICY:
All work is handmade to order so please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Need it quicker? Contact us for possibilities. California residents are subject to sales tax. Shadowbox is a secure (SSL) website and all your personal information is strictly confidential.
REPAIR:
Very occasionally, a piece has been known to come apart. We stand behind our work and will repair or replace for no charge.
RETURNS:
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return within 14 days. Custom orders are not returnable. Please contact us for a return authorization number.
